Account is still suspended?

I got a suspension for "high resource usage" (still don't know what's causing it), and I submitted an unsuspension request - however, it's been two days now and the unsuspension still hasn't been processed.

I'd also like to know what exactly is causing the high usage, because it's nothing I'd know about.
