    PHP Email piping error

    I've seen a few threads about this in the forum, but none with a definite answer. When I try to pipe email to public_html/upload/input.php, the email bounces with this:

    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    pipe to |/home/debano/public_html/upload/input.php
    generated by up@empho.x10.mx

    The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

    ------ pipe to |/home/debano/public_html/upload/input.php
    generated by up@empho.x10.mx ------

    Can't do setuid (cannot exec sperl)
    The file is 755 should be working just fine. Anybody know?

    EDIT: Also no, there is no perl involved.

    Be sure to read all pages linked in this post; they have further information that should prove useful. Any posted code is intended as illustrative example, rather than a solution to your problem to be copied without alteration. Study it to learn how to write your own solution.
