Eval and Evec

Would it be possible to have eval, exec, and phpinfo enabled? I'm running a MyBB forum and it appears that the first two are required, and phpinfo just because it seems to have an effect on the Captcha used for Human Verification.

They are potential security risks.

Please give a link to any documentation that says those three are required by your software.
