Just to explain it further, here's the google definition of Warez:

""Warez" refers primarily to copyrighted works traded in violation of copyright law."

Our TOS says no warez.


If you'd prefer to argue that isn't the right definition of warez then it'll go for Contributory Copyright Infringement for inciting the means to violate copyright, which puts you in violation of the TOS for copyright infringement.


Either way, it's permanent.
