Account Suspension

My account has been suspended. Shortly after upgrading to prime membership, I get a message that my account has been suspended. Please look into this for me. I was just about to get started in building my website.

Shell scripts are not allowed. This is a permanent suspension.

What are shell scripts? I did not install a shell script. I was trying to install zencart. Is there is a shell script in there? If so, why is it still available in Fantastico and Softaculous?
