Account Suspended -Automatic Unsuspension pending for 2 days

Hi, my account was suspended for high CPU usage immediately after upgrading my Wordpress to version 3. The reason stating as below

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately

As it said that it is an automatic unsuspension, I requested for it immediately, but it has been 2 days and is still the account is suspended and the status of my request remains unchanged.

I didn't know you had to manually unsuspend it, thought it was automatic so was worried about the delay.

It should be automatic or at least allow you to do it yourself, but the system has been a bit buggy as of late.

If it happens again and you cannot unsuspend yourself, post here.
