page temporarily unavailable

Hi there,

The past few days i have very often trouble opening my page from backend, shows the msg: the page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later. Sometimes the page will be loaded after few times refreshing, but half and hour later it happens again. And, when it works well, page loading take quite a few minutes, is that normal?

The past 4 hours I can totally NOT access to both frontend and backend, hm......anything I can try? Other websites are doing ok.
