Frontpage Extensions Fail to Install

I had this problem a couple of months ago and it seems it still isn't working.

When I try and install frontpage extentions (through cPanel, clicking "Install" next to my main domain) I get this:

Saving .htaccess file: /home/flybia/public_html/.htaccess
Error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "srm.conf". Please check the file permissions.
Merging .htaccess file: /home/flybia/public_html/.htaccess
Setting Password
Frontpage passthough auth enabled in /home/flybia/public_html!
Frontpage was installed on the following domains: skyone.cz.cc

But at the bottom it says "FrontPage extensions are currently: not installed"

I can't find any file anywhere called "srm.conf", so what do I do as I really need Frontpage Extensions installed.

FrontPage does not work with the current configuration on the free hosting servers.
