I was able to access my site last night as well as the admin part of the site after the site was installed but this morning and all day I get a page that says temporarily unavailable for both is this a problem with my account or the servers, Any estimate on when it will be fixed.

It's a server issue. Chopin seems to be having intermittent problems with MySQL, making the cause hard to diagnose. As a result, there's no way of knowing when it will be fixed. The admins are trying to determine what's going wrong, but it's going to take time.
