Outgoing Email Problems

Hello, I tested my email, i can RECEIVE emails just fine,
but when i try to SEND emails, i get this error message

from : MAILER-DAEMON@outgoing.x10hosting.com

Message :

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at outgoing.x10hosting.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

i also tried setting up the email account on Mozilla Thunderbird, but it kept telling me
"error : invalid username or password"
although they were both correct.

Can either one of these problems be fixed?

Due to the spamming efforts of a few members, Hotmail will not even accept messages and put them in the Spam Folder. They just reject them. Nothing you can do about it.

Alternative is to set up a Google Apps account for your domain. Then set up the MX records using cPanel here and Google's instructions so all the mail to your domain goes to the Google Apps account (one benefit is many more email accounts available and a * catchall ). Lastly, you can use PHPMailer to sent emails from a script on your site via STMP and Google. Will not be blacklisted.

i was using the webmail that x10hosting provides


i sent an email to my hotmail account, to see if it worked
but it didnt

then i wrote an email and sent it to the x10 webmail and it work.


i cant sent emails from the x10 webmail.

make sense?

Have you tried using the x10hosting to send an email to a gmail account? (not Yahoo, they seem to block x10 also)

i was able to send and receive


but when i try hotmail
i cant receive but i cant send.


is there a way to fix that?

Isn't just you. All mail from the x10 mailserver is rejected by Hotmail.
