It seems my cgi-bin directory is not correctly configured for Perl CGI

Would you please check my cgi-bin directory?

I put the test CGI in cgi-bin directory and set the permission to 0755.
From WEB browser, I accessed to http://yuyong.x10.mx/cgi-bin/test.cgi but it does not work due to 403 forbidden error.
I think configuration for my cgi-bin directory under your WEB server is not correct for CGI program.

CGI-BIN (Perl and Python) have been disabled on free hosting servers due to abuse.
You will need the Illuminated or Premium plan to use CGI.
