(X) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

PS: If your free hosting is supposed to be in any way indicative of your company's ability to host, I'd say it's safe for you to seek alternative domains to do business in - professional shoe shiner? Professional Garbage picker-upper? All joking aside, I would seriously think about either completely disabling x10 free hosting or adding adequate hardware to handle these simple wordpress-based websites. I don't know if this marketing gimmick has actually brought you clients for the paid version of this hosting, but I for one would never in a million years even dare consider you an option for paid hosting. I may sound harsh, but you can't fool people into buying this hosting capability from you. If your paid hosting is actually working, I'd say offer that for free, and then buy some real servers for your real paid hosting. And if you're above capacity (more users than one server should ever have to handle), stop registration until slots clear up. Wtf, it's like you rent a couple of dedicated servers and one is used for the free hosting.

To sum it up for all you people out there wanting to sign up: don't bother.

I have set your account to be deleted after a 14 day waiting period.

Many, many websites, (including many WordPress websites), are being hosted on the free hosting servers at x10Hosting with few or no difficulties. There are reasonable rules (terms of service) and there are some reasonable restrictions placed on free hosting users which are designed to curtail abuse which infringes on the quality of service available to all free hosting users. Free hosting users have the option to upgrade to Premium Hosting if they require fewer restrictions, better server performance, and / or premium support.

I have been with x10Hosting for almost two years and it has been my observation that the free hosting service is very reliable with only occasional issues of any kind and the issues that do arise from time to time are resolved quickly by x10Hosting staff.

There is a very good chance that whatever problem you were experiencing could have been resolved if you had asked for assistance.

For the record, I did not delete your other post. I edited some of the inappropriate language out of it AFTER reading if several times.
Then I set your account for deletion, (as your requested), and responded to your other comments in a courteous and professional manner.
