suspension

Hi,

My account was suspended last friday for high resource utilization. I put in an unsuspension request then, but it is still suspended now. Just wanted to see if I could get it unsuspended. I was updating phpbb -> I think the problem was I updated the DB and then immediatly went to update the version of phpbb. I'll try to increment the updates next time so I don't trigger the resource utilization threshold.

Hi,

Thank you. Unfortunately, after I tried to re-initiate the update it suspended again. (I was in the middle of updating my phpbb version when it happened the first time)

I can see if I can roll back to the previous version instead of updating. Is there a way to update without triggering the resource utilization threshold? I would really like to be on the latest version.
