No, the mistake was that there's a partially completed vbulletin install here, but the license # is missing.

If you can prove you have a valid license for vbulletin, I'll confirm it with them, we unsuspend you, and you're on your merry way. If you do not actually -have- a license (which costs about $150 from them), then you're using an illegal install of it and will not be unsuspended for any reason.
