PLEASE HELP! Domain not redirecting to x10 account

Hello,

My domain is www.semjet.co. I am trying to redirect another domain (www.semjet.ca) to my existing site. But there appears to be a cPanel issue, as it shows a blue cPanel error generated screen.

By the way...I submitted my domain changes a few days ago. This is my 2nd support request regarding this issue.

Have you tried to add it to your account as an addon or parked via cPanel? If so, do you get any error message?

The system does not seem to have that domain on record.

What I've attempted to do is just redirect the .ca domain to the IP of the .co domain. I didn't think it would be necessary to park the domain. I would like people who go to semjet.ca to be redirected to my semjet.co.

Please advise if there is anything I should change.

Hello.

The problem with redirecting a domain to the IP is that this is a shared server where many domains share the same IP. Visiting the IP directly will give you the blue cPanel page.

You need to park the domain so the cPanel server knows which account you're trying to redirect to.
