Removal of account

I've needed to remove this account because I think some important files of my site's cPanel have been deleted by my self. If you can recover the cPanel it's something I'm willing to have If you can't I need to know a way of deleting my exiting account. After deleting this account I will join x10hosting with another account because x10hosting is something i was really looking for I think I'll be able to do a lot in aid of x10hosting It's so great !!!
However I'm appreciating your quick response for this issue.

I see an Index of / page, which means that everything is okay. Just reupload your site.

If it's the cgi-bin you were concerned about, that had been disabled on all free hosting accounts so it didn't work anyway.
