suspended for no reason, wont unsuspend

I am currently having a suspended notice when people try to view my website, all I did was update word-press, please at least enable me to make a backup of my website, as I cannot even log into the back end, thanks, sam

Just a High Resource usage suspension. Not a problem. It's been known that the Automatic Wordpress upgrades have been triggering the suspensions, so if it happens again, try the Manual Update method. That should not trigger it.

I've unsuspended the account for you, but keep in mind at times High Resource usage unsuspension requests can take time to be processed.
