Hi,

I've just been suspended for high resource usage for the second time, yet it says it was the first. Does the amount of times I have been suspended reset on a regular basis, i.e. i get 3 suspensions per month before I need to request support?

The counter does indeed reset if you don't get the three suspensions one after the other. This means it allows the occasional HRU suspension without staff intervention for something like a software install, but if you keep hitting the server straight after being unsuspended you will have to get someone to unsuspend it for you and then likely explain what it was you were doing that was eating up the resources.

Thanks, so the counter resets say an hour after the suspension?

I don't know precisely how long afterwards it resets, could be an hour or could be per day.
