Can not get to my site on server boru

can NOT get my - site, cPanel, FTP, webmail

can get my - 'Account Management Panel'

can get to my site via proxy

what I see (think) my IP is up on the firewall of server boru

can someone pull my IP (here) down from the firewall in front of server boru ????
