I just upgraded my wordpress automatically and then my site became suspended. Can someone help? Thank you.

WordPress updates frequently cause high resource usage issues on the free hosting servers. Next time you may want to try manually updating your WordPress which may help with that issue.

What happened to the "up to 3 quick automatic unsuspension service?" It tells me that we can't resume our sites ourselves no more & we have to ask to be resumed from now on? Is that true?

The count may reset, i don't know how that system works, but you will need to request an unsuspension for now. Additionally i have unsuspended you.
