Raw access logs not showing anything

Hi, I have the setting set to save raw access logs and to archive them every 24 hours. I also do not have them set to prune every month.

For some reason, no logs are displayed. Under "Domain," nothing is listed. Under that:

Click on a log archive to download it:
Currently there are no archived log files.

The "logs" directory on the FTP is also empty.

What's wrong here? I'd like to be able to view my raw visit logs.

    Thanks.

The servers that run cPanel and FTP are separate from the servers that run the HTTP software. As a result, the logs cannot be gotten.

So there's no way to see who visits my site? Hmmm.

That may be an issue. Is there any way to add a sort of ad hoc solution, like in the footer of each page?
