    Talking to A Sales Person???

    I don't seem to be able to get in contact with anyone who can quickly answer my questions about registering (and paying) for premium service. You would think x10premium would give special attention to new/potential customers (who want to start paying you money) instead of lumping them in with the free-hosting support requests.
    On x10premium.com, addressing potential new customers, it says there is live chat. The link brings you to http://x10premium.com/chat.php . Here is what the page says...

    BUT i have checked back a dozen times and i can never find a link in the bottom right of the webpage!

    Somebody please help! I only have 2 simple questions/concerns that I need to settle and then I will most likely register and start paying for premium service!

    There's also an email at support at x10premium.com; I'd recommend using that if there's no one in Live Chat.

    I -would- recommend making sure there's something in there that indicates you're not actually a paid customer yet though, just so they don't try to figure out why you can't login to the tickets area first

    I emailed support [at] x10premium.com right away, but have still got no reply. The fact that there is no sales staff (or no way to contact them) and one must resort to a support request for info makes this company look bad. I'm just saying. I will try to contact someone qualified to answer my questions, only a little longer, and if that doesn't work, ill probably find a hosting provider that can answer my questions before I purchase their services.
