Error with Free Hosting Account Signup

Hello, I keep recieving this error when I try to sign-up with free hosting on my account:

Error occurred during processing     error code: 384F0062     
An error occurred as your  hosting account signup was executed. This error was fatal to the  request. Please reattempt your hosting signup again or create a support  request.

Please advise.

This is how long I have to wait for a support ticket to be answered? This just put me right off when I was considering getting your paid hosting.

Getting a new error code now.

Try canceling your current signup attempt and then starting over fresh.

I've done that 4 times but hey-ho I will try again.
