My mybb forum goes so slowly

I have recently create a free new account at x10 hosting, to host my mybb forum : http://creamaster.x10.mx/

The forum, as you can see, goes so slowly to open one page. I counted 15 sec to open one page. In others mybb forums it is faster (~1sec to open one page). It is the problem.

Do you have an explication for this ? Why my forum ?

The particular server you're on, Chopin has been having some known issues with MySQL that are causing the slow-downs. It isn't just your forum that's affected.

Can x10 hosting fix these slow-downs ? If yes, how long will it take ?

The slow-downs are always fix-able. As to when they get fixed, it depends when a staff member is able to be freed up. Once a person is able to fix it, it generally doesn't take very long.

Also, while we cannot directly change servers, you can always terminate your hosting account after backing up your files and databases and register another hosting account. That would give you a chance to move to another server, but there's no guarantees that you would be moved onto Chopin, and there's no guarantees the other server will work better.
