I cant open cPanel (https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083), it says:

The connection has timed out

The server at chopin.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

I can't check to see if Chopin's cPanel is working correctly at the moment, though if you continue to have trouble and it doesn't resolve itself, it may be possible there is a firewall somewhere that is blocking secure connections to port 2083. Try using http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/ if the link you gave above continues to time out.

i tried http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/ also, but it didnt work... is there any other way to connect with cpanel? I cant change the firewall setting :S
