Yeah, login tends to fail when the account is suspended. Suspension means you will be locked out from your account.
Seeing the suspension reason, there's only one way you will get unsuspended, and that is if you can provide a valid license number for your vBulletin forum. Failing to do so means the vBulletin you have is an illegal copy, at which point the suspension will be permanent.
