My account is suspended because i used the source code of a oficial page, but i tryied that because my own page can´t have a side bar, (ok, it can but not that i like) and i saw that page and i tryed to look how he does, but i dont wanna make a pishing page.

The problem is that what you did constitutes either Theft or Phishing. It's a "pick your poison" sort of thing as neither is actually legal. Either way, you're permanently suspended. A few simple google searches turns up numerous methods to making a sidebar - none of them include "take someone elses page and upload the entire contents to a public server where anyone can view it and think it's a legitimate website, when its not."
