I recently received an email saying that you must have a forum account, however I do. This is my forum account. And on my hosting account (with the same email as this account), it doesn't show that I have a forum account.

I tried "Swapping Account Links" but it says: "Sorry, the forum account supplied is currently unavaliable for a swap. The email address under the vBulletin account chibikawaii083 must match the contact email
address under the client account with forum account linked. Please contact support if you need help resolving this error. (EC_MISMATCH)"

I do have the exact same email for this forum account and my hosting account.
