File size limitation?

I am trying to upload by ftp a package called osdate. Everything uploads fine except for one file, the largest which is almost 27MB. The file always stops somewhere after uploading somewhere between 16MB and 17MB of the file.

Any thoughts on how to get the last file uploaded?

In case this helps, I have tried using Filezilla on both Linux and Windows machines, CoreFTP on Windows, and gFTP on Linux.

The file limitation for cPanel is larger. You should be able to get it uploaded just fine through the file manager there.
