Domain Adding Problems

Hello,
I am trying to add coxnetworks.co.uk but I get 'Error from park wrapper: coxnetworks.co.uk is already configured.'. I have set the nameservers and it appears for MX records but not DNSs and all the others, and it doesn't show up in cPanel. What can I do?

I'm gonna escalate this one up, thread will appear as closed, but the ticket will be active and can be accessed through the account panel.

Looks like I'll have to do a little trick and add it from the backend. Please let me know what folder the domain should be pointed to.
