Website not showing up as i need it,

Hello, this afternoon i changed my website name because i'm trying to develop a Nintendo DSi website. But once it changed i hade this come up,
And this is really making me mad because i really wanted to start developing the site tonight and i cannot without seeing my work. Is it a glitch? Bug? Do i have to pay? Id like to know please.

The server sometimes gets backed up with domain changes. It has to rewrite the map that connects domain names with user accounts.

While it is waiting to get to an account, you see the page you got. It will take up to 24 hrs to have the change completed.

If you change your domain name again, it will just start the process over.

Make sure to clear your browser cache and history before checking your site.
