chopin error 500

When I try to access any files within the directory http://sf3soft.x10.mx/store/ I get error 500 messages. I can access the files through FTP, but not HTTP.
Also: this is the only directory on my site doing this... I can navigate the rest of the domain without a problem...

Permissions on that directory? Should be 0755
On the files inside of it? Should be 0644
Contents of any .htaccess in that directory?

sorry for not responding

the error is fixed. When setting up the site in that directory, I misread the directions and as such changed directory permissions incorrectly.
