Got Suspended Twice

Hello, guys!

Last night, my account got suspended because somehow I've gone beyond my disk quota. I was able to unsuspend myself the next morning, but when I tried to visit my site, first it failed to load properly, I mean the page did not displayed correctly. After reloading it was 500 Internal Server Error. I hit reload again, but this time I was redirected to a landing page, account suspended. And I received 2 emails regarding account suspension, and then for my account reactivation, and then an account suspension email again.

My question is why I got suspended twice. One more thing...how would we know if we're exceeding our disk usage.

Hi, Carl. Thanks for the prompt reply.

Anyway, how would I know if I'm on a high resource usage again? Any tips on that? I am having a 500 internal server error again. Is that normal or is it related to my site?

I hope someone could unsuspend my site. I don't know what's keeping it suspended. Please help.
