Sir I was trying out some php scripts on Source Forge.
While trying the PHProxy script it instantly suspended my account.
I was unaware of any such policy so please remove the suspension from my account.
I will not try any proxy in future.

It has been a day now and there is no response to my post.
On the suspension it says `warning 1 of 3` so I guess it the first warning.
Its my first warning so kindly unsuspend my account.

Did until I saw that illegal crack for Internet Download Manager in IDM.rar. Now it's truly permanent, so here's the list of answers to the usual questions:

1) No you cannot get your account back.
2) This is a permanent suspension.
3) You should already have backups, if you don't thats not our problem anymore (read section 6 in the TOS).
4) The account will be erased after a minimum of 14 days, quite possibly longer.
5) Until erased, you are not allowed to create another account as per the TOS.
6) It only said Warning 1 of 3 because my scanner is incapable of scanning the entire site for warez.

That IDM.rar is for my personal use & its link is nowhere posted.
I have also disabled folder listing by putting a index.php on each folder to redirect to root folder.

File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule.

So again, permanent suspension. Besides that the section on warez is right underneath this:

So by it being warez, and being present on the server for any reason, it broke the TOS.


But in all seriousness, you're not helping your situation. Its permanent, and you added yet another reason to why it's permanent. You're digging the grave deeper, not digging out.
