The only way your account is getting unsuspended is if you provide a valid license number for the vBulletin in your account.

If you do not have that, it means that your install is made with an illegal, nulled, version of vBulletin and the account will then remain suspended until terminated.

Read the terms of service. Says under Warez and Copyright Infringement that those'd be breaches of said terms. Then find section 6 for backups - it indicates backups are -not- provided to those who have breached said terms.

I think that explains it all, but if you choose not to look, here's the answers: no, no, and no. You will not be unsuspended, you will not be provided backups, and because you won't be unsuspended you cannot delete the folder.

The account is automatically terminated after a minimum of 14 days, possibly longer. We do not expedite this process on a zero tolerance account, as that would defeat the purpose of using the suspension as a punishment for breaching the terms.
