I see in your terms and conditions that you need to get permission and checks to do a newsletter, but is using a service like feedburner ok without this, as they would handle all the subscribes and unsubscribes, not really me?

Missed this the first 2 rounds, my bad.
Far as I know, if the email is not being sent from our servers then it isn't our TOS in question, it'd be theirs. Should be fine from what I can tell.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
