Cannot Park Domain

Hi,

I'm having an issue adding parked domain. I got the following message:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1].
Error: Error from park wrapper: 'xxx' is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.

I don't believe the message is right. As I'm the only one own the domain 'xxx'.

I waited several days, just in case something is messing on the host. However, when I tried again, it's still gave me a same error.

I even created another new domain and tried to park it again. Still I got the same error.

Can you assist with the following issue please?

Also in order to be able to sort the problem, we'd need to know the domain name. Seeing as you might not want to share it publicly, I'll escalate the thread after having moved it. This will close the thread, but you should be able to reply it from your account panel.
