cPanel is not loading 100%

when i click on cPanel or SquirrelMail it will load but it takes very long and when its finally done .. there is still nothing.. does x10hosting got a problem?? or does my internet got a problem??

(cPanel only shows the bar from Notices, Find and Stats not even 100% and the rest is nowhere..)
(SquirrelMail says this: ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.)
