Suspended for "high system resource storage". What can I do to reduce it? And how d

Hello, my account has been suspended for "high system resource storage".

This is the message in full:
"You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3."

It's only a very small website, I don't understand. I haven't added any files for months; I am travelling and don't have the time. Why has this happened? And what can I do to reduce cpu or memory usage or whatever?

As I said I'm travelling and it's hard for me to spend time backing things up and sorting it out.

And also I can't figure out how to unsuspend my account. Automatic? How? The page you suggest where I can unsuspend has no obvious way.

    Thanks

    Hope you find that useful.
