Any chance You can move my website to a different server.
It appears that Starka has been messing around for 6 days, and none of the threads regarding it have been replied to, I have a website to open thanks :l
Seriously, i wouldn't be as pissed off if the threads were getting replied to, but they are not, so when is this going to be fixed or will you move my hosting to a different server.

Free hosting support at x10Hosting is provided primarily by volunteer members of the community support team. At any given moment a member of the community support team may or may not be online who is able to accurately answer a particular question or address a particular issue. Sometimes we simply do not have the information being requested but that does not mean that the issue is being ignored - it just means that that the question or issue remains unanswered until somebody with accurate and up to date information reviews the thread. I realize that this does not address your questions and concerns about your server and I sincerely regret the inconvenience.

We are unable to move users from one server to another. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing and hope you will try to exercise patience until the matter is resolved.

When will the issue be resolved, it seems rather annoying that not even a thread has been posted saying they are working on the issue and working on a fix, rather then just ignoring every single thread posted, they could just answer them all in one?
