Website is suspended

I upgraded my account to Prime on March 3rd and my website is still suspended. This needs to be fixed asap.

As a quick note: you can unsuspend yourself in the account panel for these temporary suspensions.

It never lets me, and I've tried several times. And what's up 2 different logins? Obviously I can get here, but the other, the Forums, I can't log in. When I attempt to recover my password, it says this email address was not found in our system. So what do I do?
