    Under the TOS you're supposed to be the only one with access to the account in the first place, so that's a TOS violation there, let alone that he uploaded a phishing site.

    Also, the site has been up just over 3 days. We cannot unsuspend you for any reason at this point as we have zero tolerance whatsoever for law breaking sites. Doesn't matter if it was you uploading it or not - you are responsible for the sites content.


    TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
