Today I was sent an email saying that my account was suspended, and my suspension history categorizes it as the following:

"You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3."

I have two issues regarding this suspension:

1. Despite saying that I can unsuspend myself immediately, there is absolutely NO option for me to do so, or at lease none that I could find. So please either unsuspend me or show me where I can do it myself, as x10hosting.com/control offers me no way to unsuspend myself.

2. If possible, I request a little more clarity on what exactly caused my account to be suspended. I'm only using this account for a personal blog and haven't done anything different than I have been doing for the entire duration of owning this account. I don't see how all of a sudden I have "high system resource usage." Because I don't know the problem, I don't know how to fix it, and I'd hate to get suspended again. Any specifics on what exactly this "high system resource usage" is in my case and what steps I can do to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
