Can i use x10hosting.com for register domain?

Hi,
Can some one tell me. how i can use x10hosting.com(free) hosting with my register site.
for example if i purchase domain www.mysite.com then for its hosting , i use free hosting www.mysite.x10hosting.com .
Then what is the procedure to attach this hosting with my "mysite.com".

2nd Question, have we need DNS for attach hosting with domain?
if yes, then what will be the DNS for my hosting website? or how i can find it out?

The nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
