Subdomain as Primary Domain on Different DNS Host

I'm using afraid.org for my DNS host. I'm not changing it to x10's. I need to be able to use a subdomain (cydia.projectfallout.net) that points to my site here. How do I do this?

Your domain registrar should allow you to set DNS entries on the domain. Please create an A record for that subdomain pointing to 69.175.120.122, which is the IP address for starka (the server your account is on)
