My hosting account suspended for virus detection..:( It's ok, But i have some urgent data on this account. For suspension, i lost all data of my site! Please i wanna got back my data.

We're just gunna start cataloging what I'm finding since I'm not even to what I was looking for and you've got bigger problems.

Adult material is expressly disallowed in the TOS, and is a permanent suspension.

I have also re-reviewed the file it says is a problem - the agent series of php virii that it detects are usually either backdoor scripts, or scripts designed to see if an injection attack has succeeded. Yours is the RI7 Webshell and thus you are -double- permanently suspended because we will -not- allow a user to put the entire hosting service at risk, which is what Webshells do.


Backups are no longer our problem, as per the TOS under a permanent suspension you will not be allowed further access to the account, and it flat out says we won't provide backups when you contravene the TOS, which you have. We will not remove the suspension for any reason, period.
