"High System Resource Usage"

Hi,

I keep being suspended for high system resource usage. I'm not doing much on my website, and it keeps saying "Warning 1 of 3" after each subsequent suspension. Last thing I did was add a Database for a Forum. That was it, and it suspended me for it. I'm not sure why as my bandwidth usage is 0mb for this month.

Here's the message I'm getting.

"You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3"

I'd also like to see about getting my username changed to something that invades less privacy. I'd like it to be something different.

Username changes is not possible.

Appears as the automated update on wordpress is causing the HRU suspension, this is from the logs:

SCRIPT_URI=http://teambetagalaxy.x10.mx/wp-admin/update.php

At that point your account was using an average 50% of one CPU, which is about double the allowed.

It could partially have been caused by the server being slow, though I can not swear on that since I haven't heard anything about your server having any problems recently, and thus prolonging the process, none of our test accounts (which admittedly didn't have many posts to the blog) did trip the suspension.

If it is continuously being a problem, you might want to look at manual upgrading of wordpress.

We did a manual install, and it seems to have gone away. We're going to upgrade to prime though just to make sure

You are sure I can't get my name changed? I'd just like it to not be such a privacy issue on my end. If necessary, can I be directed to someone who has the authority to do that? It's a different topic for a different reason that's more serious than usage suspensions.

The names can't be easily changed due to how forum accounts and hosting accounts are linked together.

A username change would require manual editing of the backend system (it is the same for both cpanel and forum username), which we rarely do, although there may be a couple cases in the past where it has been done, and in those cases they've had the full email address as forum username.

I completely understand how complicated it is.

But, at the time of sign up I did not realize that my full name would be used as my username with simply the number 22 added to the end. I honestly do not want to have it customized or personalized or anything of that nature, I just want it changed. I really don't care what it is as long as its not my full name being used as my username.

If it's possible, I'll pay to change it, whatever, I just am worried about my privacy.
