404 everywhere

I have changed my free hosting's domain recently, and since then, everything just became 404... even though I create just a single index.html file with full rights to everyone, it does not show up... Please help me. Thank you.

also, there is an index.html file in there with random text

Also, the system has said that it has completed the domain change, and it has been around some hours since the change...

Clear your browser cache and history and try again. Perhaps add ?foo to the end of the URL.

So it happens to be that the fact that the system tells me that the domain change is complete is a hoax, and you have to wait for about 3 hours for it to actually complete...

It just magically started working...

Because it didn't work on my friends' computer before too..
