Account Deletion Request - Please delete my free hosting account.

My account was permanently suspended due to uploading a nulled software. I was not aware of such policy of x10hosting. I appreciate this policy of yours. I am also very much satisfied using your service. So, I don't really wish to go away from this hosting. So, if I delete this account and create a new one and never run any nulled materials on my host, can I do it? Do I run a risk of being suspended again for being permanently suspended before and creating a new account?

Also, please delete my account.

We do not expedite the deletion process of suspended accounts. Your account will be automatically removed from the system in at least 14 days, perhaps longer. After that time, you may create another account, which is bound by our Terms of Service which you agree to during account creation.

Thanks for your reply. My TLS domain is currently associated with my suspended account. For this I can't add it to any other account. Could you please help regard this. So, I can move the domain to my new account?

If you have found hosting elsewhere, you can simply change the NS or A records for your .org domain to point to the new host (your domain name registrar should provide you with the ability to do this).

If you have created another account here, please be advised that according to our Terms of Service you are only allowed one free hosting account at a time, and by creating another one before your current one is terminated, you are violating these terms.

thanks. the main reason for asking you was this that I wanted to know if it is allowed to have another account here. thanks. i will create another account when my current account is deleted.
