The reason has been given as:
copyright music hosted.
Please note that access to this site is for members of my amateur band only.
It is password-protected so that no other visitors are allowed in.
Please advise how I can resolve this soonest

Doesn't really matter who had access, you should not have put the copyrighted music on the server in the first place.

* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

The account is permanently suspended, no backups will be provided, no further access will be granted.
